Pulled Pork on a Bun

  •  One or two medium pork roasts or pork tenderloin
  • Spices (e.g. salt, pepper, steak sauce, garlic, onion powder)
  • Lemon juice
  • Bottle of “Original” Diana Sauce
  • Buns (hamburger buns, Kaisers, whatever you prefer)

 Place pork roasts/tenderloins in crock pot and cover halfway with water. Add spices to taste to uncovered pork. Cook on low for minimum of 7 hours (turn it on in the morning before work, it will be ready when you get home). Remove pork from Crock pot and place in large casserole dish. Using two forks, pull apart the meat so it appears shredded. Add the full bottle of Diana Sauce and stir (you may want two bottles if you have more than one roast). Serve the pork on a bun with preferred condiments (e.g. mustard, mayo).

 Your sandwiches can be wrapped in foil and taken in the car for meals on the go. You can also add vegetables (peppers, onions) if you prefer.
